The current main building is located at Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City. This building physically and virtually accommodates preschool to tertiary students. Moreover, it also serves as the site of office and cater to serve the public and stakeholders in general.

The tutorial center is managed by a FAMILY OF EDUCATORS; All are Licensed Professional Teachers and Awardees in their field of expertise. The institution has contributed much to the education sector’s reading enhancement program and academic development at affordable rates of tutorial fees. IntelliSource PH, in coordination with other civic organizations, is also a responsive stakeholder which has also supported the institution’s advocacies and objectives.
